Aids distance & direction.  Aids direction by providing performance feedback of the shaft plane and face plane throughout the entire golf swing motion.  This is accomplished by keeping the left forearm in continuous contact with the large guide loop.  The forearm "stops" aid in establishing and retaining a full wrist set until the proper release for a solid hit and maximum distance.  See instructional video for best usage.
