Swing Coach Club - Golf Training Aid

Based on how the ball comes out of the cradle you get 3 simple types of instant feedback as follows:
(Note: The cradle will hold the ball until your swing reaches the height of its acceleration. Don’t worry about memorizing this… it’s all explained in our learning videos.)

If a good swing is made with proper tempo, the ball will release and advance toward your selected target down the fairway.
If your swing accelerates too quickly or early, the ball will come out low and to the right.
If your swing accelerates late, the ball will come out high and to the left.
