Cobra has created a lot of buzz in the industry the last few years with their limited edition product releases. First it was the Limited Edition White ZL Driver. Last year the Cobra S3 White Driver. Now Cobra has just released the Limited Edition Cobra Long Tom Raw Driver. The previous limited release drivers were white versions of the standard version clubs. The Long Tom RAW is completely different. With its unfinished appearance it, looks like it came right off the production floor. The raw finished head even has the test markings on the head. Like its standard counterpart, the Long Tom RAW is a full 48′ long. It has the highest length to weight ratio of any Cobra driver. Technology features include, E9 face technology with dual roll, and advanced material placement for optimal forgiveness. The shaft is a Grafalloy Blackbird Prototype 50 gram graphite shaft. To keep players from chocking down on the club, Cobra has selected a short style grip, the Lamin Protoype grip. With its unfinished head, Blackbird Prototype shaft, & Lamkin prototype shorty grip, the Cobra Long Tom RAW Driver certainly get the style award of the year. The limited production run calls for only 500 to be produced worldwide, so the Long Tom RAW is sure to be in high demand. Cobra has a great video describing the Long Tom RAW Driver.
