Although the Fall PGA show is quite small and does not nearly showcase as many products and companies as the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, there still are a several interesting new products revealed each year.
Tour Edge added several new clubs to fill out their line. 3 new hybrids joined the family of Tour Edge Golf Clubs, the GeoMax 2 Hybrid, the QLS Hybrid, and the JMAX Draw Iron-Wood. New drivers from Tour Edge will include the GeoMax 2 Driver in both a standard and draw version. In fairway woods, you’ll find a GeoMax 2 Fairway Wood in both a draw and standard version. 2 new sets of irons will be available from Tour Edge, the Bazooka QLS Iron Set, and GeoMax 2 Iron Set. Both sets can be made into combo sets utilizing the coordinating hybrids.
Later in September Sonocaddie will be releasing their latest Golf GPS System, the Sonocaddie V100. Small, light and easy to use is the focus. It is very small, slightly smaller than the iGolf Neo GPS. SkyGolf will also be launching a new unit, probably closer to the Holiday season. The new unit will be the SkyGolf SkyCaddie SG3.5.
ProPlay Capture, as seen on The Golf Channels “Fore Inventors Only” reality show will have their product ready for release in mid September.
Dixon Golf has a “Green” line of golf balls and golf tees. The balls are completely recyclable as well as the packaging. They also have a program in which customers can returned used balls to them, which Dixon will recycle.
Daiwa Golf, once very popular in the late 80′s and early 90′s, viturally disappeared from the US golf market. This hugely popular high end brand in Japan is now available again. Carrying the name of OnOff Golf, the full line is now available.
