Instructions:
Inflate the Power Swing Trainer. Slide onto club shaft and position near club head. For warm-up and strength-building, swing the club 10 to 20 times, increasing effort with each swing. After use, the SwingWing can be attached to a towel hook, or it can be deflated and stored in your golf bag.  

SwingWing Golf is a Michigan based outfit (oops, company) that conceived the SwingWing product almost 10 years ago. After many attempts at developing a cost effective way to help golfers of all abilities with their golf swing, both in training and when warming up, an idea was hatched to produce an inflatable swing trainer that would utilize wind resistance as a means of promoting a faster golf swing. Our goal was to develop a product that all golfers could afford and benefit from, and could be used anywhere a golfer could swing a golf club.
