I love this thing I have an Ogio Helios bag which weights 3.3 Ibs so I don't need to worry about the weight of this thing! I love it there is nothing that it doesn't help with it does everything that I need it to do! swing plane, stretching bar, putting I have the Aim Point version which I love! 3 Spikes, String, Fiberglass Rods and Swinkey Rod It's unspeakable how amazing it is!!!

This is Best Bang for Buck period ... #1 for practicing the fundamentals... So many uses, the better you get the more uses you find ...Jack Nicklaus said..." Learn the fundamentals of the game and stick to them. Band-aid remedies never last " ........
