Pros: Consistent height Last for many Rounds

I have played 3 years (more than 150 rounds) with one of the 3.25" tees and gained at least 5 yards on my drives. I lost it on a cold day when it fell out of my pocket reaching for a ball marker while wearing gloves on both hands. The tee rarely ever comes out of the ground after hitting and is extremely durable. It gives you a consistent height on each drive. Since I have 3 more tees I don't anticipate needing to purchase another set of 4 for 9 years!
