No strap pass through

just received my KG:3. Very nice looking bag and obviously well made. Only problem is that despite the web site (both here and sun mountain's) and the literature attached to the bag, there is no strap pass through. this means that the cart strap will just wrap around like every other cart bag. My concern is that the front of the bag is pretty low... I wonder if the really nice padded mesh stuff at the top of the bag surrounding the club separator is going to get worn off by the cart strap if it hits it wrong... or, worse, that the strap will slide up and use my $300 putter to hold the bag in place. I will come back with an update after I try it out this weekend.
