Line-M-Up

Line-M-Up™ is a ball mask/stencil that snaps onto your ball, so you can draw a perfect line around the ball. Use the line to accurately line up putts and tee shots, easy identifcation of your ball, and to practice putting. The Line-M-up™ is used on all major tours and is legal to use in competition.

Is Line-M-up™ legal to use under the USGA rules?
Yes. In fact, many of the tour players use a drawn line on their ball during tournament play. Rule 12-2 suggests that each player should put an identification mark on his ball. There is no limit as to what type of mark a player may use in doing so. Additionally, Decision 20-3a/2 permits a player to align his ball using a trademark on the ball.
