Balance Bracelet Usage
Initially, wear the Balance Bracelet on your right wrist with the two terminals facing upright. If you do not feel any difference after 72 hours (3 days) switch the bracelet to your left wrist with the two terminals facing down. This may mean you need to wear your watch on your right wrist, so the bracelet does not touch metal. . Experiment and then pick one place to wear your bracelet for the next several weeks.

Do not allow any other metallic jewelry to come into contact with the bracelet. If you take your bracelet off, do not set it on any type of metal surface (wash machine) for more than a few minutes and do not place it in your jewelry box with other metals or in your pocket with coins, as metallic contact could make your bracelet less effective.

Sizing Information
They key to a perfect fit is comfort. When determining your size the best guide is to measure your wrist. If you are able to measure your wrist or know your wrist measurements then getting the right size is simple.

Small - fits wrist that measure less than 7 inches in diameter.
Medium - fits wrist that measure between 7 and 7.75 inches in diameter.
Large - fits wrists that measure over 7.75 inches.
