The newest addition to the DynaDisc family is the DynaDisc Plus, a 24” diameter, big brother to the original DynaDisc. The shape of the DynaDisc Plus is exactly like the 14" DynaDisc, only larger. The DynaDisc Plus allows you to perform balance exercises using both feet on the same disc. Adding a 30” Dyna Board provides a larger balance surface for hip, knee and ankle focus all while continuing to engage the core muscles. The DynaDisc Plus was designed to allow enhanced flexibility with any type of exercise, whether you are standing or sitting.
