The cup holder comes packed in clear plastic wrap and has 3 parts. The base cup holder is made solidly of plastic and fits into cups with a maximum diameter of 3.25inches and is adjustable down using a wheel built into the base.The upright piece fits into the base and the other end has an adjustable angle for the clip that holds the golf guru. Overall, it is a simple device that works well and holds the Golf Guru securely.Build quality is good but care is needed to remove the Guru from the holder as the plastic bracket isn't strongly built.
