Faulty spring renders it useless

Pros:	easy to use
Cons:	the spring becomes unfastened very easily
Recommended:	No

I've used the Gotcha for several years without a problem. Recently however, the spring becomes detached every time I use it rendering it completely useless. I've tried to repair it but nothing seems to work.Since there is no Gotcha Customer Service I have to throw it out.

Recommended:

I ordered the retriever along with the Hank Haney putting aid. Bundled them to get free shipping. I received the putting tool but not the retriever. I have e-mailed InTheHoleGolf on several occasions with no response.

Malfunctioning Ball Retriever

I have an I GOTCHA ball retriever and initially was very please with it over my previous Walmart cheapy special, but I've run into considerable problems with my I GOTCHA. The lower 2-6th segments will not extend. They are frozen and nothing has been successful in breaking them free so that they will extended normally. Tried WD-40, Liquid Wrench which didn't loosen them. Maybe I should try some trombone slide oil! Can someone help with this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
