The Complete GolfGym System allows golfers to fully maximize their golf-specific workout routine. It contains all the elements necessary for increasing upper body strength, improving balance and posture, and strengthening the core muscles. The complete package includes these five products:

The PowerSwing Trainer Masters Edition is a unique training and conditioning tool designed to develop proper swing habits and muscle memory, improve club control and shot accuracy, build strength to add distance, and develop better balance and posture.

The Complete GolfGym System contains the Masters Edition which includes a ProPerfect training grip, three latex PowerCords (light, medium and heavy resistance), door attachment, instruction manual, Quick-Start online video and a convenient carrying bag.

Golfers have a choice of either the golf-balanced Club 38 (about 2.4 pounds) or Club 28 (about 1.75 pounds) weighted training clubs as part of the Complete GolfGym System. The clubs are proportionately weighted, and the full length of a standard 7 iron, with the overall weight distributed the same as a traditional club. This makes the Club a perfect warm up tool for golfers prior to their round or in a training regiment.

The GolfGym Balance Ball is a premium quality 65cm, 2 ply, non-burst balance ball. Includes website for Quick Start online video, Quick Start User Manual and a portable air pump.

The Balance Ball online video features PGA Tour Coach Joey D, who guides golfers through step by step each of the exercises that will improve flexibility and rotation strength. These are the same exercises that he employs with his players on the PGA Tour.
