Great DVD set. Explains the concepts behind Stack and Tilt swing well. Starts with the basics and "layers" more details in the other DVDs in the set. This swing is not for everyone. It took a little while for me to integrate the concepts into my game and I have had good results.

I've been using this technique since I saw it in Golf Digest. The DVD's clarify many things, but lack some thoughts on how to get the weight more forward, and what the arms and wrists are doing. Overall, a good start.

I had to go through the videos a few times before I began to understand what they were trying to teach. I was intersted because I learned to play golf on the same course that Dean Wilson began golf.

I think that with some practice it will help this old man improve his game. So far the thing that I like about it is that I can make a fuller backswing. At 73 the body does not want to do what it used to.
