"While caddying on the PGA Tour, I had the opportunity to watch the best golfers in the world practicing and playing. From these many hours of observation, I began viewing the golf swing in a much different perspective. I began seeing the motion as an athletic rhythm in balance. I caddied only in the winter, so during the summer I had the opportunity to teach golf to students either new to the game or who have had struggles with their development. The key element the PGA pros had was an ability to swing in rhythm while maintaining balance. This characteristic creates power and consistency. Most of my students focused all of there attention on the hitting of the ball, this is much different than swinging a club; both mentally and physically. I have developed a teaching concept that encourages a person to swing the club with momentum to promote balance and consistency.
